Occupation authorities of Crimea approved a decision on nationalization of Shipbuilding Company Morye in Feodosia, which manufactures both military ships and civil vessels.
“Movable and immovable property of open joint stock company “Shipbuilding Company Morye”, which is a part of its circulating and non-negotiable assets, shall be the property of the Republic of Crimea,” reads the decision.
In the first half of 2013 OJSC Feodosia Shipbuilding Company Morye, which is a part of the state-owned company UkrOboronProm, reported a net profit at UAH 184.8 mn, which is 22 times more than in 2012.
