Ag marketShvaika believes information on the course of agricultural work a military secret and will classify it
The authorities have classified all forecasts and operative data on crop yield due to the political situation.
Now, this is classified information perceived as military secret, informed Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Ihor Shvaika as reported by the APK-Inform.
“I’m absolutely serious in saying that data on yield and harvesting, let alone results of harvesting, in particular of grain crops, is the information that will not be published. It will not be popularized,” he said.
Shvaika said that the issue of whether the ministry should provide operative information on the state of agricultural work in the future is being currently reconsidered.
