Oligarchs should help rebuild the Donetsk and Luhansk infrastructures, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said at a briefing at the Karachun Hill in the Slovyansk county.
“I am convinced that everyone should give the money for restoring networks, rebuilding infrastructure and returning to normal life in Donbas,” said the premier.
A donor conference of the investors from the European Union will be held in September, according to Yatsenyuk.
“We are expecting that the donor conference will be held in September. We hope that we will receive help in rebuilding Donbas and its infrastructure and in creating jobs from our western partners,” said Yatsenyuk.
He added that an EU mission will visit Ukraine to assess the level of destruction in Donetsk.
