Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Valeriy Chaly predicts that the Association Agreement with the European Union will be ratified by September.
“We clearly understand that the agreement must be ratified by September; so do the Europeans,” he said at the Verkhovna Rada committee session.
Petro Poroshenko has not yet submitted the AA to the parliament for ratification as Ukraine stands to lose UAH 500 mn, which will not be paid to the budget from import duties, according to Chaly.
