Last month the national budget of Ukraine fell short of UAH 1 bn in tax proceeds from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, informed head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Ihor Bilous on ICTV Channel on August 4.
“The budget proceeds are declining, and as for July figures I can tell that we fell short of around UAH 750 mn from Donetsk and around UAH 250 mn from Luhansk,” he said.
The problem is caused by the reduction of goods turnover between the companies in different oblasts, according to Bilous.
Earlier Bilous said that in May the national budget fell short of UAH 420 mn as a result of the actions in Donbas, while in June – UAH 630 mn.
As Capital reported, the proceeds of the national budget of Ukraine in January-June amounted to UAH 229.6 bn which is 6.6% or UAH 16.2 bn less than the planned indicators.
