As of August 5, during the fieldworks agrarians collected 31.2 mn t of grain from 8.8 mn ha area, informed the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
In particular, barley was threshed on 2.9 mn ha area, at that, harvest amounted to 8.6 mn t.
Winter wheat harvesting from 5.5 mn ha area amounted to 21.5 mn t.
Rapeseed was threshed on 845,000 ha area producing the yield of 2.052 mn t.
Early spring crops harvesting has been finished in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson and Kirovohrad oblasts, the ministry said.
As Capital reported, the volumes of the exported and prepared for exports grain crops amounted to 2.581 mn this year.
