In January-June the debit balance of foreign trade amounted to US $568.4 mn, informed the State Statistics Service.
The trade balance increased by US $4.55 mn in January-June 2014 compared with the same period the previous year with the deficit amounting to US $3.98 mn in January-June 2013.
Export of goods in January-June 2014 amounted to US $28.624 mn, which is a 5.2% decrease compared with the same period in 2013.
Import of goods in January-June 2014 amounted to US $28.055 mn, having decreased by 17.9%.
