Kyiv District Administrative Court postponed hearing of the claim of the Ministry of Justice and State Registration Service of Ukraine to ban the Communist Party for an undetermined period, informed judge Ljubov Marulina at the session.

They filed a request on conducting linguistic inspection of the speech of CPU leader Petro Symonenko and other communists, according to representative of CPU Oleksandr Gotin.

“As practice shows, the Ministry of Justice pulled out of context certain phrases and sentences which make no sense in this case. They are trying to conduct an inspection based on these selective phrases. We asked the VR to request the full speech of CPU leader Petro Symonenko and then conduct a comprehensive inspection to determine if there were appeals to mandatory changes of the constitutional order and seizure of the state power or not,” he said.
