According to UN estimates, at least 3,171 people died and 8,061 were wounded as a result of the combat actions in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine, reported the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
As of September 11, at least 27 children died and 56 were injured, according to the office.
It was also specified that, as of September 12, 262,900 forced immigrants have moved to the neighboring countries.
As Capital reported, the United Nations organization has started the distribution of food rations in the east of Ukraine at the request of the Ukrainian government.
