The Cabinet has elected Hennadiy Moskal as the Governor of the Luhansk State Oblast Administration, the information source told Capital.
Hennadiy Moskal was a member of Yulia Tymoshenko's Batkivshchyna faction but since the end of August he was dismissed from the faction and relieved of his duties as he was canvassing for another presidential candidate, as the press service reported. As Moskal said he left the faction due to his critical position to several candidates.
As Capital reported the decree on discharge of acting Head of the Luhansk State Oblast Administration Iryna Veryhina was published on September 16.
