The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has provided UAH 78.191 million for apartments for military servicemen who took part in the counterterrorist operation (ATO) in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
This is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 476 of September 23, 2014.
The cabinet ordered the Defense Ministry and the administration of the State Border Service to send UAH 73.102 million to finish construction and reconstruction of housing facilities with the high level of readiness to provide apartments to military servicemen who took part in the ATO and members of their families. UAH 41.6 million will be allocated to the Defense Ministry and UAH 31.5 million to the administration of the State Border Service.
The government also provided UAH 5.089 million to the main managers of budget funds to buy apartments for families of servicemen killed in the ATO zone, measures linked to the provision of order on the state border, holding off the attacks on the guarded facilities and to military servicemen who had grave injuries such as spine injury or loss of legs and arms during their service in the ATO zone.
According to the resolution, Vinnytsia regional administration will receive UAH 214,500, Volyn – UAH 493,400, Dnipropetrovsk - 214,500, Zhytomyr - 461,200, Zaporizhia - 461,200, Kyiv - 466,500, Kirovohrad - 493,400, Luhansk - 493,400, Lviv - 954,530, Poltava - 311,030 and Sumy - 525,530.
