The results of the survey conducted by Kyiv International Institute of Sociology in conjunction with Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation show that six political parties have a chance to pass the election threshold to the parliament at the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of the 8th convocation.
According to the published results of the survey, 47% of the polled will take part in the elections, while 29% will not go to the voting stations. 39.5% who have made their choices will vote for Poroshenko’s party, 10.4% - for the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko, 7.8% - for Yulia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna, 6.9% - for Civil Position of former Minister of Defence Anatoliy Hrytsenko, 5.8% - for People’s Front of premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk and VR Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov, 5.2% - for the Strong Ukraine party of Serhiy Tihipko, former member of the Party of Region of Yanukovych.
The survey was conducted from September 12 to September 21 in 110 populated areas in all oblasts of Ukraine except Crimea and Luhansk oblast. 2.035 respondents were interviewed. The sampling error does not exceed 2.2%.
In addition, at the moment of the beginning of the survey (September 12), the registration of the parties has not been finished. The Central Election Commission has finished the registration and published the results on September 27.
