The SCC Arbitration has asked Russian Gazprom to make the proposals on interim decisions on gas conflict with Ukraine, said Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuriy Prodan at a press conference in Kyiv.
“The decision can be approved within a month. The period can be even less because as far as I know the court has already asked Gazprom to make the temporary proposals… It can take not more than a month, maybe two or four weeks. This is a great chance and today it is possible – everything depends on the court,” he said.
As a reminder, on October 8 Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced readiness of the SCC Arbitration to approve the decision on the temporary price on Russian gas for Ukraine until the end of October.
