The government will initiate the introduction of mandatory video recording of trials.
“Another step is openness and transparency of the judicial process. The draft law envisages introduction not only of audio fixation but video recording of trials,” informed premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk during talks on judicial reform at a session of the government.
In addition, the Cabinet wants to introduce e-justice.
“We are proposing to provide in law the possibility of receiving and sending documents electronically and also the corresponding creation of the single register,” said the premier.
The dismissal of the cases based on the lack of jurisdiction by the courts is another initiative of the government.
