borderState Border Guard Service does not control around 300 km of the border with Russia
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine does not control 298.5 km of the state border with Russia in Donetsk and Luhansk oblast, informed Deputy Chief of the Eastern Oblast Administration Serhiy Moskalenko.
“The Donetsk border, which stretches to 178.5 km and 120 km of Luhansk border are under control of the separatists,” he told the journalists.
As Capital reported, in the end of August the first Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service Pavlo Shysholin said that the Ukrainian border guards do not control over 100 km of the state border in the east of the country.
