bondsFour daughters of UkrLandFarming placed bonds in the amount of UAH 1.6 bn
Rise-Prykarpattya (Ivano-Frankivsk oblast), Standart-Agro (Poltava oblast), Vorobyovske-Agro (Chernihiv oblast), Roztotske (Ternopil oblast) and Egres-Agro (Chernihiv oblast) have successfully completed the placement of bonds in the total nominal amount of UAH 1.6 bn (US $120 mn) on September 21-22.
All bonds were sold at face value, according to the issuers in the system of disclosure of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission.
As a reminder, on June 12, at the extraordinary meeting the members of the companies approved a decision on the placement of the debut bonds.
