monitoringOSCE says their mission's drone downed by militants in Ukraine
U.S. Ambassador to OSCE Daniel Baer has reported referring to Chairman of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan that on October 29 Russian-backed militants shot down the mission's unmanned aerial vehicle.
"@OSCE_SMM head Amb Apakan announces @OSCE UAVs hit by jammers as Russia-backed fighters attacked Ukrainian checkpoint on Oct 29," Baer wrote on Twitter.
