The holding Erste Group Bank AG (Austria) asked the Commercial Court of High Court of Justice (British Virgin Islands) to recognize HF Assets Management Limited bankrupt. The company is also the owner of controlling interest in the agricultural holding company Mriya (Ternopil oblast) of Mriya Agro Holding PLC (Cyprus), said the court.
Noteworthy, on October 30, the court received the appeal on the appointment of joint liquidators of HF Assets Management from Erste Group Bank.
The hearing on the application will be held on November 24 at the Commercial Court of High Court of Justice of the British Virgin Islands.
The applications for participation in the hearing should be sent to the court at the latest on November 21, 04:00 pm.
