foreign exchange marketShlapak – Dollar will cost UAH 13 if the panic subsides
If the panic on the currency market of Ukraine subsides hryvnia rate against US dollar may return to the level of UAH 13/USD, said Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak during the Persha Shpalta TV Show on the First National TV Channel.
As a reminder, the NBU Governor Valeriy Hontareva also believes that the hryvnia exchange rate could return to the level of UAH 13/USD and has recommended the Ministry of Finance to calculate the national budget 2015 based on the rate of UAH 12.95-13/USD.At that, today, at 10:00 am, the rate of US dollar at the interbank exchange remained unchanged at UAH 15.74/USD.
