AccidentsExplosion in the center of Kharkiv
On November 20, around 06:00 pm, there was an explosion in the center of Kharkiv, but we do not know where exactly it happened, informed Head of the press service of the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office Vita Dubovik.
The rescuers, police, State Security Service and Prosecutor General's Office’ workers went to the scene of the accident, said Dubovik.
