Rivne Commercial Court of Appeal has approved the decision of November 25 on the recognition of the right of Ukraine’s ownership of oil product pipelines Samara-West and Grozny-Armavir-Trudovaya located on the territory of the country with the total length of 1,433 km, reported the press service of Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
“The areas of oil product pipelines were illegally drawn up on the daughter company PrikarpatZapadtrans of the Russian company Transnefteproduct,” said the press service.
