The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic is planning to begin withdrawal of heavy equipment from the boundary line by December 9-10, announced spokesman of the DPR People’s Council Andriy Purhin.
“We try to achieve the results by December 9-10 to begin withdrawal of heavy equipment on these days. We will not achieve a ceasefire if we do not withdraw heavy equipment,” he said at a press conference during the negotiations with the Ukrainian servicemen.
Purhin noted that he forecasts optimistic prospects of the negotiations, “as 90% of the provisions in the documents that we consider were already formulated”.
