privatizationSPF put shares of three energy generating companies on exchange trading
The State Property Fund of Ukraine put on exchange trading 10% of shares of energy generating company Centerenergo (Kozyn, Kyiv oblast), 25% of shares of DTEK Dniproenergo (Zaporizhzhya) and 25% of Donbasenergo, as the SPF reported.
36.941 bn shares of Centerenergo in the total amount of UAH 257.602 mn (US $16.30 mn) were put on trading.
Trading of 10% of Centerenergo was planned for December 24 on the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange (UICEX).
1.492 bn shares of DTEK Dniproenergo in the total amount of UAH 1.230 mn (US $80,000) were put on trading.
Trading of 25% of DTEK Dniproenergo was planned for December 30 on the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.
5.911 bn shares of Donbasenergo in the total amount of UAH 281.939 mn (US $17.84 mn) were put on trading.
Trading of 25% of Donbasenergo was planned for December 25 on the East European Stock Exchange.
