Agricultural holding UkrLandFarming started to export corn to China, sending the first batch of 54,000 t of corn from the Southern port (Odesa oblast), reported the press service of the holding.
«Our company was the first in Ukraine, which received the permission to carry out supplies to China. The talks with the representatives of the Daewoo International Corporation on export of our products lasted over a year. Finally, the contract was signed and UkrLandFarming sent China a first cargo ship of Supramax type. Until now we used only container shipping,» said company’s Director Halyna Kovtok.
Noteworthy, the vessel with corn has already arrived in Huangpu (China).
As a reminder, UkrLandFarming opens elevator complex in Ternopil oblast.
