The Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts Ukrposhta intends to sign memoranda of cooperation for the supply of e-commerce goods with the postal administrations of the USA and UK, envisaging the possibility of making payment at the time of delivery and return of goods, Director General of Ukrposhta Mykhailo Pankiv said in an interview for the newspaper Holos Ukrayiny.
The memoranda of cooperation for the supply of e-commerce goods are in condition of signing, according to Pankiv.
He also noted that due to the difficult situation in the country the foreign deliveries of e-commerce goods in Ukraine decreased from 30% to 60% depending on the region, and the sharp fluctuations of the exchange rate practically drove out of the Ukrainian market the catalog companies with the conditions of payment upon delivery of goods.
