Ukraine's reserves of natural gas in its underground gas storage facilities decreased by 24.5% or by 4.04 bn cu m since the beginning of the heating season 2014/2015, reported Ukrtransgaz.
Thus, as of October 20, 16.749 bn cu m were in underground gas storage facilities, but by December 13, reserves in UGSF amounted to 12.645 bn cu.
On December 13, 82.57 mn cu m of gas were withdrawn over 24 hours, on December 12 – 85.52 mn cu m, on December 11 – 77.80 mn cu m, on December 10 – 63.31 mn cu m, on December 9 – 81.79 mn cu m, on December 8 – 11.65 mn cu m, on December 7 – 114.46 mn cu m, on December 6 – 122.26 mn cu m, on December 5 – 129.48 mn cu m, on December 4 – 132.53 mn cu m, on Deccember 3 – 125.12 mn cu m, on December 2 – 132.67 mn cu m, on December 1 – 109.74 mn cu m.
As reported, Ukraine began heating season with the withdrawal of gas from UGSF since October 20, having raised from UGSF around 10 mn cu m first day.
