TaxCabinet proposed to parliament to denounce the agreement with Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposed to the Verkhovna Rada to denounce the agreement with Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation, announced Arseniy Yatsenyuk at a government’s session.
“Unfortunately, when the Convention was signed with Cyprus in 2012, it practiced the principle of the protection of the richest population segments,” he said.
The premier noted that the government approved the corresponding bill, which will be introduced to the parliament by December 23.
A new agreement with Cyprus will be prepared, according Yatsenyuk.
