The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine warned Espreso.tv about broadcasting of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Address to the Federal Assembly on December 4, as the TV channel reported.

Thus, according to the regulator, broadcasting of Russia’s President address leads to «inciting national hatred and threatens the territorial integrity of Ukraine».

Former Chief Editor of the channel, MP Vadym Denysenko does not agree with the position of the National Council.
