VectorsUkrposhta may be corporatized
The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to sell its shares (to hold corporatization) of the national postal operator Ukrposhta, as the press service of the operator reported with reference to Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pyvovarskiy.
The foreign consultants, in particular Rothschild & Cie, which was engaged in the restructuring of British Post, may be involved in the corporatization of Ukrposhta, according to the information.
«To date, Ukrposhta, as Ukrzaliznytsya, is a company hobbled by fragmentation, which has a lot of structural units with a lot of duplicating functions. It is necessary to centralize the management, money flows, to hold an international audit,» explained the minister.
