Ukraine's Interior Ministry has put Mykola Huta, co-owner of Mriya agroholding, which has announced its bankruptcy, on a wanted list.
The announced was posted in the wanted section on the ministry's website. The date when Huta is considered missing from is March 31, 2014.
Huta is suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed in a large scale or by an organized group). The sanctions of the article stipulate imprisonment for a term of from 5 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
