Six servicemen died and 13 were wounded in the ATO zone in the past 24 hours, reported spokesman of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Lysenko at a briefing in Kyiv.
Illegal armed groups engaged in 16 attacks on checkpoints and stations of the troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, in Krasna Talivka, Cheremshyne, Oleksandrivka, Zemlyany, Stukalova Balka, Shishkove, Amvrosiyivka, Nyzhnya Derevechka, Stepanivka, he said.
Forces of the ATO opened fire.
