Hot spotPower blackout in Luhansk again
There is no electricity in Luhansk again, informed the press service of Luhansk City Council.
A complete power outage started in the city August 3. The water supply stopped, there are no mobile and city telephone communication.
As Capital reported, on July 31, as a result of the combat actions, the power line has been damaged leading to the complete power outage in the city. On August 1, power supplies have been partially resumed.
