As of August 11, 2014 Ukraine exported 3.03 mn t of grain, informed the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
“The volumes of exports amount to 3.03 mn t, including 1.324 mn t of wheat, 362,000 t of corn, 1.313 mn t of barley and 31,000 t of other grain crops,” said the press service.
Thus, the volumes of exported grain crops and grain crops prepared for exports amount to 3.188 mn t.
As the ministry reported, the demand prices on grain crops currently vary depending on oblast – wheat of the third type – from UAH 1,839 to UAH 2,430 per t, fodder wheat of the sixth type – from UAH 1,700 to 2,400 per t.
