PositionUkraine to receive humanitarian aid only from the IRCC
Ukraine will receive any kind of humanitarian aid only within the framework of the international law and exceptionally from the International Red Cross Committee, announced Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk opening the session of the Cabinet on Wednesday.
At that, the minister emphasized that “there is no limit to Russian cynicism”.
“At first they have been supplying Grad tanks, terrorists, bandits, who shot Ukrainians, and then - water and salt,” said Yatsenyuk.
As Capital reported, the humanitarian convoy formed in Russia has reached Belgorod border town.
