The Central Bank of Russia has banned operations of the Ukrainian banks Zoloti Vorota, NEOS Bank and Credit Agricole Bank starting from November 26, reported the press service of the Russian regulator.
The Central Bank of Russia explained the decision by the failure of the specified banks to fulfill obligations to creditors.
«In accordance with the Article 7 of the Federal Law No. 37-FZ the cancellation of operation of separate structural units of the specified credit institutions means ban on their banking and other transactions on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, except for transactions related to the transfer of assets and liabilities,» according to the Russian regulator.
