Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced at a conference at the European Policy Centre in Brussels victory over corruption in Ukraine at the macro-level, reported EU-plus. Thus, the energy sector was the most corrupt sector in Ukraine, according to Yatsnyuk.
«For the first time we have direct transactions between Naftogaz of Ukraine and the European companies,» he said adding that these agreements are being approved without bribes or shadow schemes.
At that, the premier noted that they should fight long the corruption in Ukraine at the micro-level and one of the ways to solve the problem is the deregulation of economy.
«The less the government, the less corruption,» emphasized Yatsenyuk.
