The DTEK Oil&Gas B.V. (Netherlands) company, which is a part of DTEK energy holding, purchased 36.6475% of shares of the largest gas company of Ukraine Naftogazvydobuvannya (Kyiv) on December 17, as Naftogazvydobuvannya reported.
At that, the Alfredo Trading Limited company (Cyprus), which earlier owned 20% of shares of Naftogazvydobuvannya, and the Winburg Investments Limited company (Cyprus), which was an owner of 16.6475% of the company, sold all their shares of Naftogazvydobuvannya.
As a reminder, in September DTEK completed the restructuring in three business areas in the framework of reformation.
