Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree appointing acting head of Zakarpattia Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal as the head of the administration.
The president’s decree was posted on the Web site of the head of state on Tuesday evening.
Hubal previously headed Khust District Council in Zakarpattia region from 2010.
