Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree appointing Hennadiy Moskal head of Luhansk Regional State Administration.
The decree, dated September 18, has been posted on the Web site of the head of state.
As reported, on September 15, Poroshenko dismissed Iryna Verihina as acting chief of Luhansk Regional State Administration.
