During last couple of days, President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed five heads of regional state administrations, two of them were replaced with new ones.
On September 15, the President removed three heads in a row — Volodymyr Ivashko, the chairperson of the Chernihiv regional state administration, Valerii Lunchenko, the chairperson of the Zakarpattia regional state administration, and Irina Verigina, the interim head of the Lugansk regional state administration.
The next day, Petro Poroshenko sacked the Kirovograd governor Oleksandr Petik and the chairperson of the Sumy regional state administration Volodymyr Shulga.
At the same time, the President appointed Vasyl Hubal as chairman of the Zakarpattia region state administration and Serhii Kuzmenko as head of the Kirovohrad regional state administration.
